Well as any parent knows through out the years your kids will come home with projects, A+ assignments and stories that they wrote that make you want to keep every single one.  Unless you want to have multiple bins from each child you will have to do some weeding through which is always hard.  A few years back I saw an ingenious idea that makes it so you can remember every thing they created every year in a small little keepsake.  

Photobooks!  Like the one shown below.  Now instead of uploading pictures you scan in your kids art projects, papers and other assignments. You can make a book for every year or as they get older and have less projects put two or three years together.  In the front you can add a picture of them from that school year.  It is such a fun idea. Now I will say that with their baby book I will still hide away a project or two but this way you have all their fun drawings and cute stories and they are an easy way to look back on the memories in the future.
