1 lb Bag of pure white chocolate wafers
15 Pretzel rods
90 sugar eyes (less if you don't wait to add three sets per pretzel) (Look for sugar eyes in your local cake and candy store)
Parchment paper
Cookie sheet
Melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler. If melting in microwave be careful not to cook for too long or the chocolate will begin to seize.
Pour melted chocolate into a tall skinny glass so it is easier to dip pretzels.
Dip pretzels 3/4 of the way leaving enough room for you to hold the pretzel at the end.
Place onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Continue until all 15 are covered
Let chocolate dry for approximately 5 minutes.
Drizzle remaining chocolate with a spoon over the pretzels to look like the mummy wrappings.
Place a small amount of chocolate in a plate and dip eyes one at a time and attach them to the pretzels.
*TIP Using tweezers is helpful when dipping and placing sugar eyes.
*TIP Chocolate does not like water. Make sure the bowls and utensils you are using to melt the chocolate are completely dry or the chocolate will seize.
