Greek Yogurt

Greek Yogurt
Well I have a little tip that maybe at first sounds a little strange but I promise its worth the try. Whenever you eat something that you would usually put sour cream on top try swapping it out for Greek yogurt.  Like I said I promise its worth a try.  Take it from someone who refuses to ever swap out a real salad dressing for a fat free one, no matter what diet I try, you will not miss a thing using Greek yogurt.  It is so much better for you and you may even go the extra step and eat it for breakfast with some fresh fruit mixed in.  Below I gave you the comparison between a serving of Fage 0% Greek yogurt compared to a serving of sour cream.

I have tried substituting it in recipes and so far its worked okay.  Hopefully you'll enjoy it just a much and you can try it out in this weeks recipe.

  1. I have tried Greek Yogurt, I like it. But I have been also known to eat a salad with no dressing :)
