Cocoa-To-Go

To follow suite with your soon to be popular hot chocolate bar you can make up a cute little hot cocoa take home.  In each packet you will have all the ingredients for your guests to make another great cup of hot cocoa when they get home and by putting their names on them you have created their name cards at their place setting.  Slip it in their drinking glass, hot cocoa mug or even on their dinner plate.  Below is just an idea of what to put inside.  Get creative and have fun!

You will need:

Clear plastic piping bags (the kind you would use for piping frosting)

Hot cocoa packets

Milk chocolate chips

Marshmallows

Crushed peppermint candies

Ribbon

Instructions:

Roll down edges of piping bag and empty two packets of hot cocoa mix into the bottom of the clear plastic piping bag.  (Rolling down the side of the piping bag helps to not get the hot cocoa dust along the sides of the entire bag.)

Add a layer of chocolate chips, next marshmallows and topped off with the crushed peppermint candies.

Twist top of pipping bag and secure with ribbon.

Add a label or a tag with your guests name on the front of the hot cocoa packet.
