Paper Snowflakes

Paper Snowflakes

A super easy way to decorate a door-wall or some widows for the winter can be as simple as a few snips of some plain white computer paper.
Im sure you all have at one time or another learned how to make paper snow flakes.  Now think back because grade school may have been the last time you actually made one and for some of us, me included, grade school seems like a lifetime ago.
So as a refresher you will need:
White computer paper
Scissors
Tape or white putty
Optional:
Glitter
Glue
Hole punchers
Start by folding the paper in half.

Now fold in half again.

Create a triangle by bringing one edge to the other.

Cut bottom in any way desired.

Now snipe away adding curves, slits, triangles rectangles, hole punches and what ever else you can think of.

When you are finished open it up and see your creation.  Just like a snowflake no two will be the same.
Secure them to your window with tape or white putty.
Amazing how something so simple can add so much to your winter windows!
Tip:
To make them sparkle have your kids add some glue and sparkles.
Tip:
I was making these with my four year old daughter so I kept it simple but I later found this great link to take our simple little snowflakes to the next level.
